Drummer Spotlight - Monthly featured drummers that are a continual inspiration to me and my playing

El Estepario Siberiano
A couple of days after my 30th Birthday, May 2020, I was in the shower, listening to Toxicity by System of a Down in my head and really overplaying it (on my imaginary mind kit) - it sounded awesome.
Got out the shower, went to YouTube, typed in ‘Toxicity Drum Cover’ and this fellow popped up.
I was, of course, immediately blown away. It was exactly what I was looking for.

I believe he already had a large following on TikTok, but I managed to find him in his early days on YouTube.
Since I’ve been watching him, he’s created hundreds of videos, picked up endorsements, joined Saratoga and continues to amass millions of followers.

Really fun covers, mind blowing hand speed, lots of passion, weirdly innovative.
As of writing this, he’s only 26 and constantly growing as a musician. Really excited to see where his career takes him!
